What did the customer want?

The customer wanted to organise a Christmas party for their employees. The Christmas party was to be held in the Kjellerup/Silkeborg area, focusing on a cosy and “homey” atmosphere so they could sit back and enjoy each other’s company.

They wanted us, as their professional event partner, to handle all the details of planning, theming, catering and staffing.

What solution was delivered?

Impact Group delivered a full-service solution. We delivered a theme party at “Lunden” in Silkeborg, where we transformed a raw room into a real “Gertrud Sands Christmas party”, with red tablecloths in nervous velour, Christmas decorations everywhere, and a huge Christmas tree.

In addition, we coordinated entertainment, music, food and drink, and activities throughout the evening for the 100 guests.

What was the result?

The customer received a meticulously executed event that created a homely atmosphere and where people enjoyed themselves late into the night.

Impact Group managed to create an environment where space and room was created for all employees – in line with the company’s wishes and values.
