Project management including execution

Impact Group manages and coordinates all suppliers from the tendering phase until invoices are paid. We act as the unifying umbrella for the event and we have many years of experience in project management. This means that we go into detail to ensure your reception is optimised for you and your guests.

Food

Food is one of the most important aspects of a reception, and we are committed to customising it to your needs. Together we find the best solution, taking into account target group, numbers and budget.

Beverages

It’s important to choose the right drinks, which should of course go well with the food. There can be a big difference in which drinks are suitable for different target groups.
