What did the customer want?

The customer wanted to organise an anniversary and summer party with the theme “Outdoor Festival” for their approximately 400 employees.

They wanted a festive event where they could gather all employees from Denmark, Sweden & Germany for an eventful day of activities, good food and partying late into the night. They also made a point of surprising their employees with performances from several great Danish artists.

What solution was delivered?

Impact Group worked closely with the customer to fulfil their wishes. We chose to book the entire Trudsholm Estate and transformed it into an Outdoor Festival in close collaboration with Luksustelte.dk.

Here we set up large tipi tents, which we furnished with cosy table/bench sets with reindeer skins, fireplaces and lots of cosy lighting. We also coordinated all food and set up a large bar with beer, wine and delicious drinks throughout the event.

To complete the event, we were also responsible for booking entertainment in the form of various major Danish artists. One of the artists was also booked as a surprise at very short notice, the day before the party, at the request of the customer.

What was the result?

The result was a spectacular anniversary and summer party for around 400 happy guests.

Thanks to Impact Group’s full-service solutions and professional collaboration with various partners, the party was held in a beautiful location and had the desired festival atmosphere with tipi tents.
