The customer wanted to organise a public event with the themes “People’s Party, Conference, Festival” called “Citizens Day 2023.” They planned to invite 5500 participants to the event, which would take place in Rødby.

The client was looking for a professional partner to first and foremost plan and execute the entire event. In addition, they needed a sign-up page where participants could book tickets for entrance and the planned bus tours of the Fehmarnbelt construction site.

We were responsible for the construction and planning of the site, technical aspects including fire drawings and approvals, as well as organising and coordinating tours of the construction site by bus for 3,500 guests who had tickets for the tour.

aIn addition, Impact Group made agreements with local food vendors who set up stalls to serve food and drinks to the 5,500 guests in attendance.

What was the result?

The result was a successful Citizens Day 2023 that attracted 5,500 visitors from the local area and northern Germany.

Participants enjoyed an exciting day of site tours and a true festival atmosphere. Collaborating with local food suppliers added variety to the catering, and the event was a successful celebration.
